Arlen Ramírez Corona, under the trade name CellBlock, is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Mexican privacy law.
Collected data is used to provide the contracted service and is shared only with the providers that operate it, listed in the notice; the application and database are hosted in Mexico. To exercise privacy rights, write to privacy@cell-block.tech.
Access to and use of CellBlock implies acceptance of these terms. The service is provided subject to availability and we may suspend accounts that violate acceptable-use policies.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information recorded in the system. Applicable jurisdiction: Mexico City, Mexico.
They are published as letterhead PDFs in their current version. You can read them on the site or download them. Institutions that contract CellBlock also sign the data processing agreement. Each one is available in Spanish and English; the Spanish version prevails.
